About us
2021 FRT Consulting and DataSense will become DataSense Consulting. Since July 2019, after taking over the shares from previous shareholders in July 2019, FRT Consulting and Datasense have been working on joint projects: FRT as an established Data Analytics service provider and Datasense as a provider of innovative solutions for customer IT. As the joint projects have become more and more complementary, we considered the logical step:
Merging both companies under a new name - Datasense Consulting GmbH.
As a result, we were able to win new projects with existing customers as well as with customers new to both companies - and are successfully on the road in the finance, energy, telco, mechanical engineering, healthcare and professional services industries in Styria, Lower Austria, Tyrol and Vienna. The company's headquarters will remain in Graz, where FRT Consulting was founded 13 years ago.

2008
Foundation of FRT Consulting GmbH as a spin-off of TU Graz. Customer of the first hour: TU Graz, product is administration system for students Campus Online.
Technology: Oracle DB, Oracle Forms as development framework.
2008 - 2010
Implementation Campus Online for TU Munich - first international customer.
2009
Takeover and further development of the Diadem solution - a workflow system for analyzing patient data for the Nefrology Department, Tyrolean Clinics, Innsbruck. The successful cooperation lasts until today.
Technology: Oracle DB, Oracle Forms as development framework.
2011
First development in APEX, a framework for rapid application development based on Oracle Database. First product: PROFundus, a solution for the administration of fundus and inventory in theaters. PROFundus is still being developed today, customers come from the entire DACH region.
2013
As a certified partner for Oracle BI, FRT can successfully implement projects of large customers. Our customers are primarily from industry, energy and finance.
2013 - 2018
The business expands to Vienna with new customers in Telko; Enerie sector is strengthened.
2019
Acquisition of FRT Consulting by DataSense, thus the new company has access to know-how and delivery capacity in various IT areas from 5 European countries. We are part of a group with over 1000 employees and more than 100 Mio € turnover.
2019 - dato
Expansion of expertise through synergies in the Group: predictive analytics with the use of neural networks, cloud analytics, presence in several countries enables us to implement international projects more quickly.
2021
Change of name, FRT Consulting and DataSense become Datasense Consulting.
