We offer our employees training and further education measures. We achieve this through the internal buddy or mentoring program or external institutions. Of course, we incorporate suggestions and proposals from our employees.

Employee events

We see our Christmas parties or when the boss invites us to an after-work beer as an opportunity to get to know our new employees better, to strengthen us as a team and to exchange ideas. Joint sporting events are also on our agenda.

    Yes, we also welcome unsolicited applications and keep them available in the evidence system.
  • What does the application process look like?
    We will confirm receipt of your documents by e-mail. If we are convinced by your documents, we will contact you by phone or e-mail for a further discussion. In some cases, in the event of a rejection, we will clarify whether we are allowed to keep the documents on file.
  • What should the application email contain?
    Please attach a letter of motivation, curriculum vitae and relevant references to the mail. Convince us with a letter of motivation why you fit to us with your qualifications and in which direction you would like to develop. We welcome applications that give us an authentic picture of you. Write us for which position you are applying and tell us when you are available, to what extent (part-time, full-time) and which work permit/status you have in Austria if you are not an EEA citizen.
